This is the Patrimony Traditionnelle Chronograph watch from Vacheron Constantin. It features a gray dial on which time is shown using rose gold hour and minute hands and index hour markers. The other features of the highly detailed dial are two chronograph subdials at 3 and 9 o'clock and a black central seconds hand. The 18K white gold bezel takes a beautiful round shape and dovetails with the watch's strong dark brown crocodile leather strap.
