This is the Patrimony Traditionnelle watch from Vacheron Constantin. It features a silver dial on which time is shown using rose gold hour and minute hands and index hour markers. The other features of the highly detailed dial are a month display subdial at 12 o'clock, a day/night indicator at 1 o'clock, a date display subdial at 3 o'clock, power reserve indicator at 11 o'clock and an intriguing tourbillon-in-a-cage at 6 o'clock which is integrated with small seconds. The 18K rose gold bezel takes a beautiful round shape. The watch uses a strong dark brown crocodile leather strap.
