This timepiece is a version of the Calatrava “Clous de Paris”; Patek Philippe's best known watches of all time. The timeless design of the case starts with the unique round domed look of the bezel and the original dial of the famous Calatrava Ref. 3919 first introduced in the mid 1980's has been retained and adapted in a larger more contemporary size with a diameter of 37mm (formerly 33.5mm). The 18K rose gold case looks wonderful with the opaline dial that displays the standard hours and minutes indication alongside a subsidiary seconds subdial located at the 6 o'clock. Lastly, the strap is made of a brown crocodile leather.
