Presented at Baselworld 2014 by Breguet, this is the luxurious Reine de Naples self-winding timepiece. This watch features a 43mm 18K Rose Gold case with a transparent sapphire crystal back through which the details of its caliber 591C self winding movement can be viewed. On its elegant graydial, an off-centered guilloche subdial displays hours, minutes and seconds using rose gold skeletonized hands. The watch uses a black crocodile leather strap with black in-stitching and features a diamond-set lug.
