This is a magnificent piece of art and horology from Breguet's Reine de Naples collection. The exquisite case is made from 18K yellow gold and boasts a bezel set with 117 diamonds. The diamonds beautifully compliment the watch's brilliant mother-of-pearl dial which displays indication of the hours and minutes. The dial is also adorned with a single diamond weighing ~.26ct. Lastly, the case back is transparent, and the strap is made of satin covered leather with a deployment clasp.
